«Renaissance Venice» exhibition: admission tickets and guided tours

Ticket prices

To visit the exhibition “Renaissance Venice. Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese. From Italian and Russian collections”, a special admission ticket must be purchased. This ticket gives access to the exhibition “Renaissance Venice. Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese. From Italian and Russian collections”, as well as to the permanent collection and other exhibitions in the Main Building of the Museum (Volkhonka 12).

Prices:

Admission ticket – 500 rubles
Reduced fee ticket – 250 rubles
Ticket for Russian museum workers and AIS members – 150 rubles
Free entrance – for children under 16 and other eligible categories of visitors

Please note that an admission ticket for the main exhibition located in the Main Building and a combined ticket for several museum collections are NOT valid for the exhibition “Renaissance Venice. Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese. From Italian and Russian collections” and cannot be exchanged with a surcharge for a ticket that includes the temporary exhibition.

How do I buy an admission ticket?

Admission tickets for the exhibition “Renaissance Venice. Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese. From Italian and Russian collections” can be purchased in two ways:

– in advance on the Museum’s official website

– on the day of the visit at the Main Building ticket office (Volkhonka 12) on a first-come, first-served basis

The Museum shall bear no responsibility for admission tickets purchased elsewhere and shall not guarantee their authenticity. Tickets that do not correspond to the official design approved by the Museum (including corrections, missing details required by the law, or price that has been adjusted or taped over) are invalid and cannot be returned. The Museum has the right to refuse admission with such tickets.

Advance online booking

Tickets will be available for sale online starting May 30.

A restriction will be applied for online purchases: max. 2 tickets per order.

An admission ticket is only valid for the date and the session indicated. The session time is the time of entrance. There is no time limit for visiting the exhibition. Sessions start every 30 minutes from 11:00 until 19:00 (or until 20:00 on Thursdays).

All categories of admission tickets can be purchased online, including reduced fee and free tickets. A free ticket can only be added to the cart together with a paid ticket (standard or reduced).

Visitors with online tickets must receive printed tickets at the ticket office of the Gallery of 19th and 20th Century European and American Art (Volkhonka 14) and then access the exhibition through porch No. 5 of the Main Building (Volkhonka 12). Online tickets can be exchanged for printed tickets at the ticket office of the Gallery of 19th and 20th Century European and American Art on the day of the visit or in advance on any day of the exhibition. When exchanging online reduced fee tickets, a validating document must be presented. Visitors without documents confirming their eligibility for the reduced price cannot exchange online tickets for printed tickets. Admission tickets cannot be returned on the day of the visit.

Purchasing tickets at the Museum ticket office

Admission tickets can also be purchased on the day of the visit at the Main Building ticket office (Volkhonka 12) on a first-come, first-served basis.

A restriction will be applied for purchases at the ticket office: max. 3 tickets per visitor.

There will be no advance ticket sales at the Museum ticket offices.

Please note that certain categories of visitors (including disabled visitors, visitors over 70 years of age, Great Patriotic War Veterans, families with children under 3 years of age, etc.) may enter the Museum through porch No. 5 and buy tickets without waiting in line.

The Museum has the right to suspend access in case the maximum number of simultaneous visitors is reached or cloak rooms are full.

Prices for guided tours to the exhibition

To participate in guided tours to the exhibition “Renaissance Venice. Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese. From Italian and Russian collections”, a ticket to a guided tour and a special admission ticket must be purchased.

Public guided tours

A ticket to a public guided tour costs 500 rubles per person. In addition, an admission ticket for the exhibition must be purchased on the day of the tour.

Guided tours can only be purchased online.

Guided tour sales open on June 6.

There will be no advance sales of guided tours at the Museum ticket offices.

Group guided tours for adults

The cost of a guided tour for a group of 6–15 people (purchased online) is 5,000 rubles. In addition, admission tickets for the exhibition must be purchased on the day of the tour for every group member.

The cost of a guided tour for a group of 6–15 people if booking through the Museum guided tour desk (+7 495 697-74-12):

– more than 2 weeks before the guided tour – 5,000 rubles

– less than 2 weeks before the guided tour – 6,000 rubles

In addition, admission tickets for the exhibition must be purchased on the day of the tour for every group member.

The cost of a guided tour for a group of 1–5 people (purchased online) is 6,000 rubles.

In addition, admission tickets for the exhibition must be purchased on the day of the tour for every group member.

The cost of a guided tour for a group of 1–5 people if booking through the Museum guided tour desk (+7 495 697-74-12):

– more than 2 weeks before the guided tour – 6,000 rubles

– less than 2 weeks before the guided tour – 7,000 rubles

In addition, admission tickets for the exhibition must be purchased on the day of the tour for every group member.

Group guided tours for school students

The cost of a guided tour for a group of 6–15 people (purchased online) is 3500 rubles. In addition, admission tickets for the exhibition must be purchased on the day of the tour for every group member.

The cost of a guided tour for a group of 6–15 people if booking through the Museum guided tour desk (+7 495 697-74-12):

– more than 2 weeks before the guided tour – 3,500 rubles

– less than 2 weeks before the guided tour – 4,500 rubles

In addition, admission tickets for the exhibition must be purchased on the day of the tour for every group member.

Group guided tours for specialized educational institutions (universities, art schools) and socially significant state-funded and non-governmental organizations

For bookings, please send an email to excurs@arts-museum.ru and attach a scanned letter on corporate letterhead addressed to the director of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts (Marina Loshak) containing the following information: the topic of the guided tour, the desired date or time period, number of visitors and contact information. The administrator of the guided tour desk will contact you after receiving the approval from the director.

Ticket refund

Admission tickets can be returned at the ticket office of the Gallery of 19th and 20th Century European and American Art (Volkhonka 14).
